Catnip
Catnip, the herb that cats love, is also an effective herbal remedy for stress. It helps to relieve nervous tension, anxiety and sleeplessness and has uses for many other stress-related health issues. An exceptional sleep-inducing agent, its chemical structure is similar to that of the herb valerian, which is a mild central nervous system sedative. Hops
Hops have been used by herbalists for centuries as a central nervous system relaxant and a natural sedative to help calm the nerves and reduce stress, anxiety and mental agitation.
